Before diving into learning the magic words, it is important to take a step back and gain an understanding of the four fundamental principles in the art of effective communication. These principles are simple yet profound, and mastering them is crucial if you want to be able to say exactly the right thing in any given situation. These principles form the foundation upon which the magic words are built and without a solid understanding of them, it will be difficult to make the most of the lessons you are about to learn.

The Role of the Subconscious Brain in Decision Making:

It works like a computer, giving only a "yes" or "no" answer, never a "maybe". We rely on it every day for quick decision making.
